Ananda farm, just footsteps from the restaurant, doesn't just grow fresh produce for the menu. A flock of dozens of chickens and ducks, in the most prolific egg-laying breeds, produce rich, nutritious eggs year-round.
Ananda Farm eggs are free-range, pasture-raised, and 100% organic.
Fun Fact: Any food you don't finish from your plate at Ananda gets collected as feed for the birds. They love Indian food!
Bonus: the birds also help to aerate & fertilize the soil and keep pests away!
