Located adjacent to Maple Lawn, just a half a mile from the restaurant, Ananda Farm is also the home of restaurant owner, Binda Singh. Binda and his family raise chickens and ducks (for their eggs) and grow a wide variety of seasonal herbs and vegetables that are used throughout the menu.
Binda leads a crew that consists of:
His parents, Sarwan & Darshan. They are in their 70's & 80's, but continuing to practice farming brings them back to their younger years as farmers in Punjab, India;
Leo & Collin (pictured right) who also work in the front and back of the house at Ananda Restaurant;
Amarjit, a Punjabi farmer with more than 50 years experience raising crops;
Binda's son Ben (seen in the gallery below.) He's just a kindergartener, but he is a hard worker!
